Wolf Hall

Joanne Whalley plays Katherine of Aragon in Wolf Hall. In the BBC short series "The Virgin Queen" she played Katherine's daughter, Mary I of England.

Thomas Brodie-Sangster (Rafe), Mark Gatiss (Stephen Gardiner), Harry Lloyd (Harry Percy), Jonathan Pryce (Cardinal Wolsey) and Enzo Cilenti (Antonio Bonvisi) also play important roles in the Game of Thrones: Jojen Reed, Tycho Nestoris, Viserys Targaryen, High Sparrow and Yezzan respectively. Also, Richard Dillane who plays the Duke of Suffolk is the brother of Stephen Dillane, who plays Stannis Baratheon in 'Game of Thrones'.

Mark Rylance previously played the Father of Anne Boleyn in the movie 'The Other Boleyn Girl'.
