Saga Ice Age
Ice Age is probably Blue Sky Studios' most famous animation saga. This animation company, owned by 20th Century Fox, was founded in 1987.
Ice Age tells the story of a group formed by a sloth named Sid, a mammoth named Manny and a saber-toothed tiger named Diego and their adventures and dangers they have to face during the Ice Age.
This saga has already four movies: 'Ice Age' released in 2002. It was nominated for an Academy Award for best animated feature. 'Ice Age: The Meltdown' premiered in 2006. 'Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs' in 2009 and 'Ice Age: Continental Drift' in 2012. There will be a fifth set to be released in 2016 called 'Ice Age: Collision Course'.
John Leguizamo, Ray Romano and Dennis Leary are the voice actors of the main characters Sid, Manny and Diego respectively. This saga also cast Queen Latifah, Seann William Scott and Josh Peck as the voices of recurrent characters at first but becoming main characters afterwards.
