Saga Department Q Series

'Cases Department Q' is the saga inspired by the series of thrillers Danish author Jussi Adler-Olsen, who have become worldwide best-seller.

The Q Department is composed of a group of agents trying to solve old crimes that have been archived. Commanding operating detectives are Carl Mørck (Nikolaj Lie Kaas) and Assad (Fares Fares). The first film, directed by Mikkel Nørgaard, bears the title of 'The Keeper of Lost Causes'. In this case, the agents have to investigate the disappearance years of a promising young Danish politics. The second film, also directed by Nørgaard, entitled 'The Absent One', in which two policemen follow the tracks of the brutal murder of two young twins at the hands of aristocrats. The third is 'A Conspiracy of Faith', directed by Hans Petter Moland, in which the Department Q receives a message for help that has traveled for years in a bottle thrown into the sea, which place them in the way of new research.

The saga, which in its original paper edition features six episodes published, has ensured its continuation at least the fourth film delivery.
