'Solo: A Star Wars Story' will hit cinemas worldwide in May 2018. Despite the fast approaching release date, we still don't know much about the upcoming film, beyond it's name and filming details. We've not even been able to catch a glance at the cast in their respective roles!
However, thanks to a chain of cinemas, we've been able to see a possible first look at actor Alden Ehnrenreich as Han Solo. The image surfaced from a collection of promotional material that was sent to the Harkins chain of cinemas in the US, and in it we can see an artist's impression of Enrenreich as the famous smuggler along with Chebacca and the Millennium Falcon in the background.
The photograph is only an impression, of course, so there's no certainty that Enrenreich will look that way in the film, from his clothes and hairstyle however, it's a pretty convincing image.
When will we see the trailer?
We're presuming Disney and Lucasfilm will take advantage of the imminent release of 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' to premiere the trailer for the long awaited 'Star Wars' spin-off.
As of yet, nothing is confirmed, but given that its release is set for 25th May 2018, and we're still without any promotional material, our best guess is that we'll see a trailer this December, at the very least.
'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' is set for UK release on 15th December.
