Those of you who have already seen 'Fifty Shades Freed' will know exactly what we're talking about when we say that Jamie Dornan's participation in the third and final instalment to the 'Fifty Shades' saga goes beyond his acting. In the film, the actor can be seen showing off his impressive vocal skills in a cover of Paul McCartney's 'Maybe I'm Amazed'. Dornan's rendition has been so well received that the song even appears on the film's soundtrack.
The actor recently appeared on Lorraine where he elaborated on filming the singing scene: "Sarah MacLachlan, the Canadian singer, we were shooting in her house - and she did a rendition of her songs before and it was total reverie and everyone was spellbound. Then she finished and everyone was crying and then it was like, 'Jamie we're ready for you now!' Trying to follow that! I tried to get through it. I haven't actually heard it. There was a plan to have a longer version on the soundtrack. I presume it's not very good."
Dornan's song only lasts 77 seconds but you can have a listen for yourselves here.
'Fifty Shades Freed' at the box-office
'Fifty Shades Freed' has been taking the world by a storm since its release just last week. In the US, the film topped the box-office by earning $40 million in its opening weekend. While that's an impressive feat, the figure is nowhere near the $85.1 million and $46.6 million earned by 'Fifty Shades of Grey' and 'Fifty Shades Darker', respectively.
