New images have surfaced, with thanks to EW, of the sequel to 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'. In the three images, we can see part of the cast from 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald'. The sequel will focus on Newt Scamander and the villain, Gellert Grindelwald, played by Johnny Depp.
One of the images features Newt (Eddie Redmayne) with a postcard from Paris, one of the places in which much of the action is due to take place. Another image shows Newt with Jacob (Dan Fogler) on the streets in the city of Love. The third photo shows Newt with Tina (Katherine Waterston).
'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Gridelwald' is set for UK release on 16th November 2018, and we can't wait! The sequel promises to be a lot more impressive, with a complex storyline and stronger links to J.K. Rowling's other work, 'Harry Potter'.
New Faces
In the sequel, we'll see new actors as well as new characters. Jude Law will play a young Albus Dumbledore, Zoë Kravitz will play Leta Lestrange, and Callum Turner will play Theseus Scamander. Torquil Travers will be portrayed by Derek Riddell. What do you think? Are you excited as we are?
