The first installment of 'Deadpool' featured one of the most charismatic anti-heroes in the world of superheroes. His ironic remarks, mixed with his pranks, made us fall in love with Wade Wilson. The first installment of this "loudmouth" received positive reviews from the press and the public, but the least liked was the villain Ajax, played by Ed Skrein.
As we have known thanks to Deadline, 'Deadpool 2' will feature in its ranks with actor Jack Kesy. Known for his role in the series 'The Strain', the American actor will play a villain in the film. At the moment it is not at all clear to which villain will give life, but everything indicates that finally it is Black Tom Cassidy.
This villain was created by Chris Claremont and cartoonist Dave Cockrum, and first appeared in 1976. He is one of the bad guys in the 'X-Men' universe, and his powers are based on manipulating plant life, projecting energy and channeling it through the plants.
David Leitch ('John Wick') will be in charge of directing this new installment of 'Deadpool', which will arrive on June 1, 2018 in the United States. The cast is almost complete, with some last minute exceptions: Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Josh Brolin, Leslie Uggams and Zazie Beetz.
New additions
'Deadpool 2' will feature some new characters that did not appear in the first installment. One of them is Cable, which will be played by Josh Brolin. At first this character was spotted by several actors (Pierce Brosnan, Brad Pitt) before the actor of 'The Goonies' accepted it. He is one of the few actors who can boast of acting like two different characters in Marvel: Thanos and Cable.
Another new character that appears is Domino, which will be played by Zazie Beetz. This mutant already knows Cable before, was a member of the mercenary team of this, before rejoining him in X-Force. We will see what these new characters give in 'Deadpool 2'.
