With awards season fast approaching, here at Movie'n'Co, we've been looking back at some of the British films of the year, including those that are yet to premiere. It's been quite the year for British cinema; all you have to do is look at the Golden Globe nominations to get an idea of what I'm talking about. 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri' anyone?

Despite an overall success in British Cinema, there's one particular type of film that we're beginning to see a lot more of: the bio-pic. Whilst works like 'Bohemian Rhapsody' are not due for release until this time next year, there's still a fair few films that tell the story of real life individuals. Take a look at the list we've compiled below!

'Goodbye Christopher Robin'

The real life story of A.A. Milne, the mind behind Winnie the Pooh. The writer was inspired by his son, Christopher Robin and his toys. 'Goodbye Christopher Robin' is the backstory to the creation of one of the most famous characters from children's literature.
