Without even knowing the title of the upcoming film, nor even a mere teaser, Marvel fans have had to contain their hype for 'Avengers 4' ever since the release of 'Avengers: Infinity War'. The wait, which is beginning to feel like an eternity to some, yet the release of other Marvel films such as 'Captain Marvel', and even 'Venom' (which, while being a Marvel film, is not part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe) is helping to quench the thirst for superheroes to a certain extent. Even so, something far better than the official name or teaser has surfaced; the potential costumes which may be worn by the film's heroes. And, best of all, they are different to everything we've seen before.
To begin, let's analyse one of the sets which was leaked via Reddit (although the images are a little blurry). For some fans these potential costumes could support the running theory that the film will be set in the past. Starting with one of the greatest leaders of the initiative, Captain America could potentially be wearing a costume very similar to the one which we saw in the very first film, yet with larger vibranium plates, which makes sense as the Captain would want to be prepared to protect the survivors of Thanos' finger snap as well as himself.

The images also seems to show a huge upgrade in War Machine's armor, however, curiously Iron Man's costume seems to be the same design as was worn by Robert Downey Jr. in the first 'Iron Man' film. We are able to see the obvious likeness between Iron Man's potential costume and the original designs from the first few comics.
But the excitement doesn't stop there; it wasn't only the names of Chris Evans', Don Cheadle's, and Robert Downey Jr.'s characters which were flooding the comments, but also that of Hawkeye. Jeremy Renner's character was missing from the last film, yet in a recent Instagram post he confirmed his return to the upcoming film. And, as is suggested by many rumours, the famous archer could be wearing a very different costume to those he has worn in the past, along with a new bow and haircut. Fans also believe that the final image could be Hawkeye's new costume as the uniform looks somewhat like a samurai soldier, potentially making reference to the comic books when Hawkeye had to adopt the identity of Ronin the samurai, after the events of the Civil War, in order to return to the Avengers. It seems that the Russo brothers may want to bring this concept to the big screen.
Thanos, prepared for a second attack
As well as the images already mentioned, in this final collection of leaked images we are able to appreciate (despite the pixelation) a concept for Thanos' battle armor, which was hardly seen in the last film. We can also see Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow sporting red hair, despite her blonde bob in the previous film, and Brie Larson dressed in the classic 'Captain Marvel' costume, and whom we can only hope joins in with the action.
