Jamie Dornan is currently well into the promo campaign for 'Fifty Shades Freed', the final film in the 'Fifty Shades' trilogy. The film is set for UK release on 9th February. When asked whether this would be the last time he'd be portraying character Christian Grey, Dornan responded, "Erm, yeah I think so, I don't think theres any other books. Erica wrote the first two books again from Christian's perspective, but I guess we've already done those films - they're the same stories, so we won't do that again".
The 35 year old actor continued that, "I'm getting too old for this", during an interview on ITV's Lorraine.
The evolution of his character
"I think I like him more now than I did in the first movie", Dornan admitted, referring to Grey. "He's gone through quite a big change in his way and how he is with people. He's opened up a lot by Ana and I think he's just a better version of himself".
In the upcoming film we'll see Ana (Dakota Johnson) and Christian's romance lead them to the altar and then throughout Europe for their honeymoon. Not everything will be smooth sailing for the couple, however, for a report of an incident on one of Christian's properties forces the two to return home. As if that weren't enough, Ana's also hiding a secret from her other half. We've not long left now to find out how it will all unfold!
