The 90s were a true golden age for American television; in this decade television addicts were able to enjoy genuine gems like 'Friends', 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air', 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer', 'The X-Files', 'Seinfeld', 'Saved By the Bell', and the list goes on.
One of the most beloved shows of the time was, of course, 'Beverly Hills, 90210', the teen drama created by Fox which starred Shannen Doherty, Luke Perry, Tori Spelling and many more who formed an unforgettable cast for a generation who grew up alongside the show's spinoff, another iconic 90s diamond, 'Melrose Place'.
Fans of the series can now celebrate, because according to a report from Deadline, '90210' could be preparing a legend-worthy revival. This new reboot of the series, which has already had a first revival in the 2008 remake, will this time feature some of the original cast members, including Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Brian Austin Green, Gabrielle Carteris and Ian Ziering.
Spelling has already let slip the possibility of the series' return via a post on Instagram, revealing that she was working once again with her old colleague, Garth.
More Than a Rumor
Although it might seem that the actress is simply toying with fans emotions, the possibility of a comeback with the original members of the cast is in fact far more than a rumour.
It seems that CBS, the studio behind the reboot, has already met with various networks in order to find a distributor for what could be a bombshell of a series, After all, fans of '90210' would not be able to resist a heartwarming return of their favourite series, even more so if we were promised the original cast.
