Every year the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences honour the best films that have been released to the world of cinema. The Oscars are without a doubt the pinnacle of film awards and over the years it has seen a number of worthy winners who have picked up a whole heap of awards on the magical evening which, as a result, have granted them with classical film status.
