Zack Snyder's Justice League

Four years after 'Justice League' opened in cinemas, Zack Snyder is ready at last to present his director's cut. The filmmaker, who was in charge of creating the DC Extended Universe starting with 'Man of Steel', had to leave the film before he finished it due to a family tragedy (and as he would tell months later, because he was tired of the demands of the studio to make a different movie than what he wanted to do). Joss Whedon finished the job and changed a lot of what Snyder had shot. The release was a failure. After a huge fan campaign, with the hashtag #ReleaseTheSnyderCut as its flag, Warner Bros. agreed to let Zack Snyder finish his version and show it via streaming through HBO Max. The director presents a four hour cut split in six parts that tell Steppenwolf's arrival to Earth to find the three Mother Boxes that were hidden by the Amazons, the Atlanteans and men. With them he wants to earn Darkseid's favour. The evil being wants to transform Earth into his new Apokolips, killing all living creatures in the process. Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) will do his best to gather together a group if superior beings to fight with him to protect our planet, now that Superman (Henry Cavill) isn't here to help them.
