You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah

'You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah' is an American comedy produced and starring Adam Sandler included in his multi-million dollar contract with streaming service Netflix. It is an adaptation of the book with the same name written by Fiona Rosenbloom. It is, also, the first movie starring Sunny and Sadie Sandler, Adam Sandler's daughters, even if they had already worked with their dad with smaller parts in other movies.

Stacy Friedman is a young girl who dreams to have her perfect Bat Mitzvah (jewish coming-of-age celebration with friends and family) alongside her best friend Lydia Rodriguez Katz and her crush Andy Goldfarb. However, in another party, Stacy sees Lydia kissing with Andy behind her back and feels betrayed by her BFF.

Lydia and Andy start going out together, unleashing the anger of Stacy, who decides not to speak to Lydia anymore. However, she is not ready to give up on Andy yet, and organizes a plan to conquer his heart, and to separate him from Stacy.

'You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah' also starrs Idina Menzel, Samantha Lorraine, Dylan Hoffman and Luis Guzman. It is Adam Sandler's best rated movie in all of his career, even if he is not the main character of the film.
