Year of the Shark

Maja is a Coast-Guard who is about to retire early. With a somewhat complicated relationship with their young companions, together they will have to face the last mission of Maja and probably the most important of his life: to save the bay of the Atlantic Coast from a great shark.

'Year of the Shark' is a comedy mixed with thriller directed by the brothers Ludovic and Zoran Boukherma ('Teddy', 'Willy 1er'). Starring Marina Foïs ('As Bestas', Stella est amoureuse'), Kad Merad ('Welcome to the North, 'The choir boys'), Jean-Pascal Zadi ('All black', 'President by accident') and Christine Gautier ('Youssef Salem a du succès', 'Memoirs of Paris'). A French production by Baxter Films, Les Films Velvet and France 3 Cinéma, with Pierre-Louis Garnon and Frédéric Jouve as main producers. A Contracorriente Films distributes the film in Spain and will be released exclusively in cinemas on May 19.
