Woodlawn

This drama, set in the 70s and based on a true story, it's about love and the sense of unity in a school fill with racism and hate. The football player Tony Nathan (Caleb Castille) stands as the first African American star after learning to accept his ability as an athlete. Meanwhile he have to fight the racial tension he's suffering on and off the field.

The enthusiasm for the sport that arises in the Woodlawn High School, traps players, fans and even his trainer Tandy Gerelds (Nic Bishop), pushing everyone to fight to get the top: the most important game that has ever been played in the city of Birmingham, Alabama.

Andrew Erwin and Jon Erwin directs this film starring Harry Alexander, Sean Astin and Devin Bright.
