Wildling

'Wildling' tells the story of Anna (Bel Powley), a woman who spent her entire childhood under the care of a mysterious man that she only knew as "Daddy" (Brad Dourif). The man kept her locked in the attic, making her fear "The Wildling", a monster who eats childres that, according to Daddy, roams the outside. At the age of 16, the Anna meets freedom thanks to the small-town sheriff Ellen Cooper (Liv Tyler), who helps her start a new life as a normal teenager. As Anna's body begins to blossom, her childhood nightmares return with thirst for vengeance, leading to the conclusion of a terrifying secret.

The film is directed by german Fritz Böhm, being his first feature length movie. It's also written by himself and his longtime collaborator, Florian Eder.
