Wedding High

In 'Wedding High,' we find a couple in love planning their wedding preparations. As they do, they realize that the process will take much longer than expected as they have to choose among many options: the right venue, the guests, the colors of the decorations... What becomes quite a challenge. On the wedding day, they hire a film director to record and present, while their family and friends are in charge of entertaining at the beginning of the evening.

However, this entertainment significantly extends the duration of the ceremony, creating obstacles for the couple to continue and enjoy their moment. Here, other characters come into play to try to manage the chaos that has gradually formed, such as the arrival of the bride's ex-boyfriend, who comes ready to declare his love and persuade her to stay with him.

This is a Japanese romantic comedy whose screenplay was written by Bakarhythm, a comedian recognized in Japan for his works on 'Sumisumi', 'Yips', or 'Rebooting'. The direction was handled by Ôku Akiko, a writer and director known for projects like 'Watashi wo kuitomete', 'Katte ni furuetero', and 'Bijin ga konkatsu shite mitara'.
