We Won't Kill Each Other with Guns

The entire town nervously awaits the most important celebration of the year: its big festival. Meanwhile, Blanca needs that the first paella she makes in her life it would be perfect. After many years without seeing each other, Blanca has managed to reunite her lifelong friends, with thepurpose of getting together thanks to the festivities of her town. With the age of thirty being a pain in the ass, Blanca and her friends notice how their best years are gone. They feel trapped in job insecurity, disenchantment with life and a repetitive cycle of starting over and over again. However, the meal continues way far beyond paella, finally ending in a party where secrets are revealed, reproaches are thrown and mistakes are made. It is precisely now that friends will need each other more than ever to move forward and get out of this together. The film is a adaptation of the theatrical play of the same name, written by Víctor Sánchez Rodríguez, winner of the 2016 Max Award for Best New Author.
