'Very Ralph' is the first documental portrait of the iconic American designer. The movie pretends to discover the man behind the icon and the creation of one of the most successful brands in the history of fashion.

With an amazing capacity of making his dreams come true, the dressmaker has built a worldwide multimillonaire power coming from his aspirations. For over fifty years he has defined the style of the people in United States, which led him to have one of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Through several interviews, Lauren speaks frankly about his childhood, his marriage of five decades, the beginning of his company, the answer to the critics, his clever advertising campaigns and his ground-breaking vision which included several new things such as being the first brand to defend diversity on the catwalks and in their advertisements.

The documentary presentes archive images of the fifty years of the brand, besides intimate and revealing interviews with the family of Lauren and very well-known friends such as Anna Wintour, Karl Lagerfeld, Hillary Clinton, Naomi Campbell, Calvin Klein and Jessica Chastain, among others.
