Plot

'Venom: Let There Be Carnage' is the long-awaited sequel to the film released in 2018 starring Tom Hardy. On this occasion, the actor returns to play the character of Eddie Brock, a man who works as a reporter and a journalist and also hosts in his body a symbiont from another planet, known as Venom, thanks to whom he acquires a series of superhuman powers and incredible abilities. However, this special powers can be quite dangerous sometimes. Now, Venom will come face to face to one of his deadliest enemies, called Carnage. This is one of the most ruthless villains in the Spider-Man comics.

This is, like Venom, a cruel and bloody alien symbiont that is hosted in the body of the serial killer Cletus Kasady (played by Woody Harrelson). Kasady is doing time at a prison, but thanks to Carnage he will try to escape killing everyone who steps into his way to destroy Venom.

The film is directed by Andy Serkis and Tom Hardy, the lead actor, is also involved in the script of the movie along with Kelly Marcel. In addition to Hardy and Woody Harrelson, the film's cast is completed by Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Stephen Graham, Reid Scott, Peggy Lu, Alfredo Tavares, Amber Sienna, Sean Delaney, Laurence Spellman, Ed Kear, and Obie Matthew.
