After 'Poda Podi' Simbu is gearing for his next comedy film 'Vaalu'. This film is directed by debutante Vijay Chandar, from his own script, and produced by Nic Arts Chakravarthy. The cinematography of this film is by Shakthi. Vaalu has Simbu and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles. along with Simbu the film has Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Brahmandam for the comedy and the baddie is Aditya. Jai is doing a special appearance in this film. The film is an action comedy caper, and its music has been composed by Thaman.
