Upon Entry

Diego and Elena live in Barcelona. He is a Venezuelan urban planner, she is a contemporary dancer born in the city where she lives. Together, they have decided to move to the United States to seek new job opportunities and build a new life there by forming a family. Like every foreigner on American soil, both must pass through the immigration area of the New York airport, where they will stay longer than expected. In this area they will be taken to the secondary inspection room, where customs agents will make them go through an unpleasant and tedious process that will bring out a few secrets.

Alejandro Rojas and Juan Sebastián Vasquez direct and sign 'Upon Entry' a dramatic thriller that will keep the viewer in tension during its 75 minutes of duration. The film stars Bruna Cusí, winner of the Goya for Best New Actress and Gaudí for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in 'summer 1993', Carla Simón's debut; and Alberto Ammann, Argentine actor who also has a Goya for Best Revelation Actor for his performance in 'cell 211' with Luis Tosar. With them, they also participate in the film Ben Temple ('I Want to Be a Soldier'), Laura Gómez ('Orange Is the New Black'), Nuris Blu ('Synchronicity'), David Comrie ('Nacho') and Gerard Oms ('God's Crooked Lines').
