Plot
On February 13, 2012, two journalists entered the Syrian war. One of them was the Sunday Times war correspondent, Marie Colvin. The other was a photographer, Paul Conroy. Its aim was to cover the plight of Syrian civilians trapped in Homs, a city under the relentless military attack of the Syrian army. Only one of them returned. This is his story, one of the most dramatic stories that still emerge from the Arab Spring and the crucial event in the tragedy of present-day Syria. An exciting description of courage, heroism and the triumph of the human spirit in the face of overwhelming and horrible adversity. The testimonies of those involved, intertwined with archive images never before seen and at the time of filming, delve into the intense and tragic drama of the journey of Conroy and Colvin to Homs and the incredible escape of Conroy from the city.
