Directed by Rafael Baledón ('My soul for love', 'Horror Museum') and starring Javier Solís, Alberto Vázquez, Emilio Fernández and Sonia López, this film produced by Producciones Sotomayor tells the story of Emilio, the owner of a cabaret called 'La Gardenia'. Emilio is a compulsive gambler, his addiction leads to destruction because his cabaret bet and lose against a man named Javier, a successful man who sees all the respect he has achieved makes it a manipulator dirty. However, he will be captivated by the beauty of the beautiful Sonia, the most famous cabaret singer. This will Javier start obsessing with her and he wants to keep it for him as if she were an object. However, unaware that she is already engaged to another man. Soon, Emilio will realize that Javier won by cheating and will devise a plan for revenge.
