Plot
As teenagers, Blandine and Magalie were best friends, but the years passed and they lost contact between them. When their paths cross again, they decide to take the trip they have always dreamed of together. They go to Greece, to its sun and its islands, but the dream getaway does not go as planned. Now they have a very different vision of the holidays... and of life!
'Two Tickets to Greece' tells with a comical tone the journey of two friends who escape from their lives in search of a yesterday that is no longer what it was, because times change and we with them. The film is a vehicle for reflection on friendship and the changes in perspective that come of age.
Marc Fitoussi is the director and screenwriter of 'Two Tickets to Greece'. His work as a director and scriptwriter for comedies dates back to 2007, with his debut feature 'La vie d'artiste', where from his very first steps we could observe his concerns for female artistic figures and his relationship with his work (and those who surround her). Since then, Fitoussi has not strayed from the path of the female profile, as can be seen in his collaborations with the actress Isabelle Huppert in 'Copacabana' and 'Paris Follies' or with Karin Viard in her penultimate work in 'Appearances'.
