Two Many Chefs

The film follows the story of Mikel, a young boy who owns a restaurant which is going through a hard and critical moment. Just in this moment, Mikel receives the visit of his father Juan, who had been missing for thirty years. Mikel will have to solve the problems of the restaurant and with his crazy father who will test her ideas in life and in the kitchen. The film is directed by Joaquín Mazón, and written by Joaquín Oristrell. Starring by the two-time Goya winner Karra Errejalde, and Enric Auquer, also winner of a Goya for Best New Actor. The cast is completed by Megan Montaner, Lander Otaola, Maribel Salas, Gorka Aguinagalde y Manuel Burque. 'La vida padre' is produced by MOD Pictures, MOD Productions, Kowalski Films and Lavipa Films. Also, it counts with the participation of MOVISTAR +, RTVE, and ETB, and with the financing of ICAA - Gobierno de España and with the support of Ayuntamiento de Bilbao, Diputación de Bilbao and Arcano Fianciación Audiovisual. It's distributed by Paramount Pictures Spain, the movie will come to Spanish cinemas the next 16 September of 2022. Nevertheless, the film will have it's world premiere on September 8th in the Guggenheim Museum of Bilbao on the occasion of the 25th anniversary.
