Tucked

'Tucked' tells the story of two drag queens who form an unlikely intimate friendship.

The film is set in a club in Brighton where 83 year old drag queen Jackie works as entertainment. When a younger inexperienced drag queen, Faith, joins the club, he is inspired by Jackie's bravery and strength, and becomes keen to learn from the older man. The doctor tells Jackie that he only has 6 weeks left to live, due to an irreversible illness, but Jackie decides to enjoy his last few moments on earth and help Faith. He used to be married but his wife left him due to this unusual hobby. He also has a daughter, but he has lost contact with her. Faith encourages the old man to seek out his lost daughter, and in turn Jackie helps Faith to accept himself after having been rejected by his family. In this way, the two form a strange yet precious friendship.
