Tower

It was August 1, 1966, when Charles Whitman, a student and ex marine from the Texas University, rode the elevator to the twenty-seventh floor of the clock tower and opened fire, killing and taking the life of sixteen people, and holding the campus hostage for 96 minutes. Fifty years later, Keith Maitland talks about this real history in 'Tower', documentary that shares the untold massacre of that day through the testimonies of witnesses, heroes and survivors, and also thanks to archival footage and animation.

The result is an impressive and gripping documentary of journalist and historical inquiry, with the voice in the original version of the actors Violett Beane, Blair Jackson or Louie Arnett, between others.
