To Our Friends

Sara (Sara Toledo) is a young woman who belongs to a working-class neighborhood. During her free time, she spends time with her best friend, named Pedro (Pedro Izquierdo). They have a very good relationship, but a new challenge could start to distance them: University. Sara begins her higher studies with a lot of enthusiasm and excitement.

Over time, she meets new friends who introduce her to a new type of hobby for her, theater. Spending her free moments acting fills her with joy and happiness. However, the protagonist will gradually begin to distance herself from her old environment to make the definitive leap into her new life as a young adult. She will have to learn to cope with the transition and not lose herself while enjoying the journey.

'A nuestros amigos' is a fictional film with documentary elements directed by filmmaker Adrián Orr, who previously made 'La isla mínima'. He writes the script alongside Samuel L. Delgado ('Eles Transportan a Morte') and Celso Giménez ('Los primeros días'), who write this story as a way to reminisce about their youth. El Viaje Films, Karo Filmes and New Folder Studio produces the feature film. The company Márgenes Cine distributes the title nationally, reaching Spanish cinemas on April 4th.
