Plot
José Luis Cuerda returns to the spirit of absurd comedy in this film. 'Tiempo después' is sort of a sequel to one of the most successful films in his career: 'Dawn Breaks, Which Is No Small Thing'. Located in 9991, it is based upon a novel by the director in which the world gets divided in two parts: In a building similar to the Madrilenian Torres Blancas, from which you can only see Monument Valley, the social elite lives, while the rest, the outsiders, live in the woods. Everything remains the same until one of the woods' inhabitants decides to go to the building because he wants them to try his lemonade. The building's janitor keeps him from entering because, since he is unemployed, he would suffer from an ontological weakening if he came in.
Among the cast, we can find Blanca Suárez, Antonio de la Torre, Carlos Areces or Gabino Diego, and the film is produced by, among others, Andreu Buenafuente and Arturo Valls.
