Three Faces

'Three Faces' is the latest film directed by Jafar Panahi, who apart from being the director of the film he is also the writer and one of the members of the cast. Panahi portrays himself, being a supportive actor. In the film, Panahi shows a disturbing video to the actress Behnaz Jafari. In the video, there's a young girl whose family don't allow her to go to the drama school in Tehran and then she does something shocking. Both doubt if that video it's true or if it is fiction, and they keep wandering who sent the video. The film wants to show the differences between fiction and reality, and to do so, the spectator would be introduced in a journey where they will discover the rural areas from Iran, and at the same time Panahi will show his concern about the situation of the Iranian women.
