Them That Follow

Appalachia. In these place there is a religious sect around the snakes. In this cult, its congregation test their faith taking snake venom to probe themselves before God. Dilly (Kaitlyn Dever) is the Pastor (Walton Goggins) daughter's. He supervises the community with the help of Hope Slaughter (Olivia Colman). This believer is the one who helps Dilly to be ready to her wedding day. Nevertheless things start to change for Dilly. All because a secret, a mystery that she must find out, even if she must face her own father.

'Them That Follow' is the first long movie as directors of Britt Poulton and Dan Madison Savage. They have made together the short film 'Lizard King' and they have collaborated to write the script of this movie.

Its cast is composed by Kaitlyn Denver ('Unbelievable', 'Last Man Standing', 'Booksmart'), Walton Goggins ('Ant-Man and The Wasp', 'Tomb Raider', 'The hateful eight'), Olivia Colman ('The Crown', 'The Favourite', 'The Lobster'), Thomas Mann ('Kong: Skull Island', 'Me and Earl and the Dying Girl') and Jim Gaffigan ('Chappaquiddick', 'Super Troopers 2').

This thriller was in official section of Sundance Festival. Furthermore, it was awarded in Newport Beach Film Festival. It also participated in other International Film Festival in Cleveland and Seattle.
