Plot
Headed by Sam Worthington and Ruth Wilson, 'The Titan' is a science-fiction film set in a bleak future. With Earth's resources fast running out, NATO begin looking to space for answers.
'The Titan' is based on military man Rick Janssen and his family who are forced to re-locate when Rick is chosen for a military experiment. The experiment, with the aim of altering humans so that they're able to withstand harsh environments, like that of Titan, Planet Saturn?s moon, ends up succeeding, producing a super-human Rick.
While the experiment proves a great feat for humanity, the results may not be as much of a cause for celebration as originally planned.
Despite its principal sci-fi theme, 'The Titan' is also a love story featuring Sofia Boutella. 'The Titan' is directed by Lennart Ruff.
