Plot
Drama directed by Kyle Patrick Alvarez ('C.O.G.', ' Easier with Practice') and written by Tim Talbott.
'The Stanford Prison Experiment' takes us back to 1971 to tell the true story of a group of students who were voluntarily provided to enter in a simulated prison to exercise the function of guards and prisoners. What at first seems a simple plan designed by Dr. Philip Zimbardo, soon becomes one of the most impressive and dangerous ever social experiments. Because the original plan worked: it transformed some guys into violent savages and submissive victims.
The film, which has been selected at the Sundance Festival in 2015, stars Billy Crudup, Ezra Miller, Michael Angarano and Tye Sheridan.
