The Sad & Beautiful World of Sparklehorse

'The Sad & Beautiful World of Sparklehorse' is a documentary movie about singer and song-writer Mark Linkous. He is also known for founding the alternative rock group called Sparklehorse, which gives name to the documentary. Linkous's life was full of drugs and alcohol addiction. His fight to get clean got him into a series of dramatic eventos that led to his own suicide. He, then, became a cult and very influential figure in the world of alternative music. This documentary, directed by Alex Crowton and Bobby Dass, deals with his life and special music, which was well defined by a lot of people as surrealistic and rebellious with multitude references.
