The Portable Door

Paul Carpenter (Patrick Gibson) becomes the new intern at the mysterious company J.W. Wells & Co, sharing a table with the brilliant Sophie (Sophie Wilde). Quickly, they both realize that their new job is anything but conventional. As Sophie is promoted to the Department of Coincidence, the company's CEO Humphrey Wells (Christoph Waltz) persuades young Paul to search for the world's most powerful and coveted item: the magic door. This dark and dangerous mission will take Paul into a myriad of incredible places: from the depths of a goblin-infested basement to the heights of the Himalayas. In this search, Paul will discover an unexpected hero and must save the world from the most evil and diabolical plan that has ever threatened the human race.

Leon Ford, actor, director and screenwriter, is responsible for adapting the original novel to the big screen. Jeffrey Walker, director with a long experience in television, directs 'The Portable Door'.
