The Old Man and the Gun

David Lowery directs this criminal dramatic comedy based on an article of the same name by David Grann and starred by Casey Affleck, Robert Redford and Sissy Spacek. 'The Old Man and the Gun' tells the real story of Forrrest Tucker, a bank thief who managed to break out of prison up to eighteen times. This film takes us to Tucker's life when he is already in a residence for the elderly and has left behind his bad life after finally finding love in the arms of a woman called Pearl. However, when one day he sees detective John Hunt on a TV program, the ex-thief remembers better times and realizes he can't leave this world without performing one last big hit that gives some emotion to his boring life.
