The Nun

After 'Anabelle' in 2014, 'The Nun' is the new spin-off of the saga 'The Conjuring' that will focus on the demonic figure of the nun who harasses Lorraine Warren in 'The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist'. When a young cloistered nun takes her life in a convent in Romania, the Vatican sends a priest with a shady past and a novice in the process of realizing their vows to investigate the event. Together they will discover the dark secret that keeps the Order of the convent, risking their lives, their faith and their own soul while the abbey becomes a terrifying battlefield between the forces of life and death.British director Corin Hardy, known for his work on 'The Hallow' or 'Butterfly', will take over the direction of the horror film, due to be released in the middle of next year. The feature film will be produced by James Wan, who directed two of the previous installments of the saga, and Peter Safran.
