The Nightshifter

The protagonist of 'The Nightshifter', Stenio (starred by the actor Daniel de Oliveira) works as a forensic in the night shift of a morgue in a big city, and just like a lot of big cities the place comes with high levels of violence. But Stenio does not only have skills for his medical forensic analysis, he also is able to talk to the dead he works with everyday. In these conversations with the corpses he examines he starts to hear not only their confessions, but also secrets that reveal information about his own life. Stenio ends up unleashing a curse that threatens to end his life. The movie is directed by Dennison Ramalho and it is written by the director himself, alongside Cláudia Jouvin.
