The Miracle Season

The film is based on the inspiring true story of the girls from the women's volleyball team at West High School in Iowa. After the tragic death of the school's star player, Caroline "Line" Found, the remaining players must join under the address of his coach, Kathy Bresnahan (Helen Hunt), hoping to win the state championship. It is an emotional story of overcoming, effort and loss. Sean McNamara ('Raise your voice' and 'Space Warriors'), directs this drama adapted by screenwriter David Aaron Cohen ('Friday Night Lights') and starring Hunt (Academy Award Winner for 'As good as it gets'), Erin Moriarty ('Captain Fantastic') and William Hurt (Academy Award Winner for 'The kiss of the spider woman'), among others.
