Plot
Thierry is a man about 51 years old that is unemployed for 20 months. He goes everyday to the unemployment office to search a job, but they never help him, only join him to "searching job courses".
However, he doesn't lose hope, and thanks to his persistence and the needed to support his family, Thierry ends finding a job as a security guard in a small supermarket. Although salary is not to much, even less than his last employment, he accepts it. His function is to watch for petty thefts that take place in the super.
Everything goes well until his boss propose him a new function;: "spy on his partners through the screens" and watch if they commit any offense, so he can fire them. Will he be able to spy on his friends?
'The Measure of a Man' is a french drama directed by Stéphane Brizé ('Mademoiselle Chambon', 'Je ne suis pas là pour être aimé') which principal actor, Vincent Lindon, won Best Actor at the 68th Cannes Film Festival in 2015.
