The Making of Manet: Portraying Life

In 2013, from January 26 to April 14, an outstanding exhibition about Edouard Manet took place at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, constituting the first retrospective dedicated to this artist. This exhibition consisted of the presentation of more than 50 works by Manet, including both portraits and paintings reflecting scenes from everyday life.
