In 11th century Al-Andalus, Aisha lives in a kingdom where fireworks are the people's favorite spectacle. Her greatest desire is to become a master pyrotechnician like the legendary Master Hao, but her father, Ahmad, wants her to continue the family tradition of calligraphy. Everything changes when an alchemist named Txawir tricks her into stealing an ancient and dangerous book that her father was protecting. As a consequence, Ahmad is unjustly imprisoned. Determined to make amends for her mistake, Aisha embarks on an exciting adventure to recover the book and save her father.
