The King of Staten Island

Scott (Pete Davidson) has suffered a mental and personal development block since his father, who was a firefighter, died when he was seven years old. Halfway between his twenties and thirties he has achieved nothing in life, but he has an unlikely dream in mind: to become a renowned tattoo artist. While his little sister (Maude Apatow, 'Euphoria') is about to leave for college, Scott continues to live with his exhausted mother (Oscar-winning Marisa Tomei), an ER nurse, and wastes time smoking joints, staying with his colleagues, Oscar (Ricky Velez, 'Master of None'), Igor (Moises Arias, 'A two meters from you') and Richie (Lou Wilson); and secretly seeing his childhood friend Kelsey (Bel Powley, 'The Morning Show').

But the momento his mother starts dating a loud-mouthed firefighter named Ray (Bill Burr, 'F is for Family'), a series of events is triggered that will force Scott to face his pain and take his first steps towards a real life. . Rounding out the cast are Steve Buscemi as Papa, a veteran firefighter, and Pamela Adlon ('Better Things'), as Ray's ex Gina. writes and directs Judd Apatow in this semi-biographical story of Davidson's years on Staten Island.
