Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro) is a man who is looking for a new job. A mode company is interested in hiring him as an intern, which Whittaker decides to accept the job because it's to hard find a job with the actual economic situation and the difficulty of finding work when people are older. Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway ) is the ruthless and cold boss of Whittaker, although this will get sweeten the heart of the boss as he becomes her full support. Whittaker gradually gains everybody's confidence and prove that age is not a limit in any sense to do some stuff.
