Synopsis

Adam (Pico Alexander), who is from England, and Sarah (María Bakálova), his girlfriend from the United States, are about to embark on the most romantic honeymoon of their lives in Venice, Italy. Just when they thought everything was going to be perfect and as planned, Adam's best friend, Ed, intrudes on the newlyweds' trip and turns the honeymoon into a complete disaster.

'The Honeymoon' is a film directed by Dean Craig, an english filmmaker that has worked on the script for titles such as 'Death at a Funeral' and has directed and written 'Love Wedding Repeat' and 'The Estate'. As on previous occasions, besides directing, Craig signs the script of 'The Honeymoon'.

The main cast of Craig's comedy film consists of four actors and actresses of different nationalities. María Bakálova ('Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3', 'Borat Subsequent Moviefilm'), from Bulgaria; Lucas Bravo ('Emily in Paris', 'Ticket to Paradise'), from France; Pico Alexander ('A Most Violent Year', 'Catch-22'), from the United States; and Asim Chaudry ('People Just Do Nothing', 'Black Mirror: Bandersnatch'), from England.

'The Honeymoon', a production by Notorious Pictures, was released approximately half a year ago in several countries, but to see it in Spain we have to wait until July 7.
