The Good Neighbor

The film centers on two high school students, Ethan (Logan Miller) and Sean (Keir Gilchrist), whom decide to pull a prank (framed as a social experiment) on one of their neighbors, Harold Grainey (James Caan). After Harold leaves one afternoon, the two techophiles rig his house with surveillance equipment along with other various mechanical devices to try and convince Harold that his house is haunted. Seen through various found footage type clips, the boys terrorize the old man by opening and closing windows, changing the temperature of the room, rattling doors, and turning the record player on and off again, repeatedly. However, as the situation escalates, the two realize they may have made a grave mistake.
