The Glorias

'The Glorias' is a feature film directed by director Julie Taymor who has previously directed on projects such as 'Frida' or 'Across the Universe'.

This story is starring Oscar-winning actresses Julianne Moore, who will play Gloria Steinem, and Alicia Vikander who will play a young Gloria Steinem in the mid 20th century.

Gloria Steinem was one of the most important figures in the struggle for equality and the politics of feminism. During the 60s and 70s he promoted women's rights around the world, with special involvement in India, and was crowned as a great activist at the National Women's Conference in 1977.

The film is based on the autobiographical book written by herself that analyzes the many trips she made during her childhood and those who are responsible in her adult stage for her great interest in activism, journalism and equality between men and women.

Therefore we will see a Gloria Steinem of small, young and adult, in addition the original character has served as an advisor for the entire film.

Bette Middler ('The First Wives Club'), Janelle Monáe ('Hidden Figures') and Timothy Hutton ('The Curse of Hill House') will be some of the other actors that also star in this film, the last one will play the protagonist's husband, Leo Steinem.
