The Face of an Angel

Michael Winterbottom directs Daniel Brühl, Kate Beckinsale Valerio Mastandrea and Cara Delevingne in 'The Face of an Angel'. Daniel Brühl plays Thomas Lang, a film director who wants to take to the big screen the trial of Jessica Fuller, accused of the murder of her flatmate, Elizabeth Pryce. In order to do that, he wants the rights of a book written about the case by journalist Simone Ford (Kate Beckinsale). Thomas will meet Siena (Cara Delevingne), a young woman who agrees to help him. This incident is very strange, and people seems to be fascinated with it. 'The Face of an Angel' is based on a real case that happened in Italy, the one of British Student Meredith Kercher, and intends to portray the obsession of mass media and the audiences for this dark events, no matter how were the facts.
